The following positions are currently available: 

Babysitter for Fitness Facility
The LJCC Babysitting service is for ages 6 weeks to 6 year old children.  We care for each child for a maximum of two hours at a time while their parents utilize our fitness facility.  It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the imagination of a child and likes to play along with it.  If you are DEPENDABLE, KIND AND PATIENT and have experience working with children, please apply.  Salary + membership.  Available hours are 4 - 6:30 p.m. 3 days/week and Sundays  9:00 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.  Send your resume to: bbenson@bhamjcc.org. Receptionist Desk Substitutes
We are looking for friendly, motivated people with flexible availability (sometimes on short notice) to fill in for various shifts to cover illness, vacation, personal days as well as some holidays. Responsibilities include answering phones, basic reception duties, excellent customer service, assistance in purchasing and receipting tickets for personal training, massage, and swim & program registrations. The existing shifts for each reception desk are as follows:

Sokol Fitness Lobby Desk
M-F       5:15 - 9 a.m.
M-Th     9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m.
M-Th     5:30 - 9 p.m.
F           9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (changes to 5 in fall after the time change)
Sat       12 – 6 p.m.
Sun      6:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Sun      12:30 - 6 p.m.
Weekend shifts will need to be filled regularly

Main Lobby
M – F    8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
and special events 

Substitute Teachers
Do you love working with children? Do you have free time during the day? If so the Cohn Early Childhood Learning Center is looking for you. Positions are now available for substitute teachers.
