We can’t wait to see you! \nJoin us for a fun-filled day dedicated to fitness\, community\, and wellness at our Senior Fit Day. Members and non-members (invite your friends!) are all welcome to come to The J and experience the activities we’ve lined up just for you. \nHighlights \n\nFitness classes geared for seniors\nInteractive booths showcasing our mahjong\, knitting\, and tai chi programs\nInformation about Collat Jewish Family Services\nComplimentary lunch for all attendees\n\nSchedule \n\n8:30 a.m. Retro aerobics (group fitness class)\n9:30 a.m. Chair yoga (group fitness class)\n10 a.m. Aqua aerobics (group fitness class)\n11 a.m.-1 p.m. informational stations with complimentary lunch\n11:30 a.m. Creative movement (group fitness class)\n\nThis event is a wonderful opportunity to engage with your peers\, try out new activities\, and enjoy a meal on us — all in a welcoming\, supportive environment. \nRSVP \nIf you plan to attend\, please send a note to membership@bhamjcc.org so we can make sure you get lunch.
