At this in-person workshop, you will receive the best information available on pain-science, how the spine works, and what typically causes problems. As well as hands-on training on how to improve the health of your spine and prevent future injury. Jonathan will also give you instant access to videos of each exercise, demonstrated and explained by the instructor.
About the Instructor:
Dr. Jonathan Gates, DPT is a board certified physical therapist with a passion for orthopedics and movement science. Physical therapists are the gold-standard for all things movement-related, and have extensive training on the spine and pain-science.
