Dumbbell Weight Training Circuit

Tuesday at 10:15 AM (Log in at 10:00 AM to chit chat and catch up with friends)
This dumbbell weight training class will get your heart rate up while you strengthen and tone with basic dumbbell moves. Suggested Equipment: Two light to medium dumbbells.
