A small-group fitness program at The J

Begins March 1

J Fit is a new program for members at The J that will start March 1. Class sizes will be up to four people maximum… so they might fill up fast.

The program will include seven weeks of training (2x per week, 45 minutes per session) using functional high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts that are scalable to every fitness level.

Cost for members will be $180.
