The venerable Alabama New Center is leading its current list of “Can’t Miss Alabama” events with the Jewish Food and Culture Fest that will take place here at The J (rain or shine!) this Sunday, May 18, 11 a.m.-3 p.m. ANC calls the event “one of Birmingham’s favorite outdoor food events” and lists this year’s food offerings, including of course sweet and savory brisket, pomegranate-walnut chicken, and cabbage rolls.
