We’re introducing some new classes and instructors as we continue to address members’ ideas regarding Group Fitness:
- Mondays, 5:30 a.m.: Lip is back teaching RPM
- Mondays, 4:30 p.m.: New J-Strong class led by Jamella
- Mondays, 5:45 p.m.: Yoga with new instructor Sammy
- Wednesdays, 5:15 p.m.: Yoga with new instructor Jaimie
- Fridays, 10 a.m.: Water aerobics with Heather
- Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.: Yoga with Jamella
In addition, we want to make sure y’all have seen the new daily schedule board in the lobby that outlines the day’s Group Fitness schedule as prepared by Shalom Squad member Tamera Byrd — who greets you with a big smile and a greeting most mornings.
