Group Fitness launches new Les Mills releases

The J’s group fitness team will be launching a number of updated Les Mills workout programs next week under the theme “Spring into Fitness!” The seasonal celebration also will include “Fitness Bingo” and a raffle at the end of launch week for members to win some great prizes. 

Bring a friend to enjoy some complimentary fun workouts.

“We have some of the most committed group fitness instructors I’ve ever seen,” says Fitness Director Camari Princewill. “They take their disciplines seriously, never miss a beat when programs like Les Mills continue evolving, and translate their progress perfectly into the best group fitness experience.”

The classes are available at no extra charge to members (see details and schedules). And, as for all Group Fitness classes at The J, there’s no need to register ahead of time — simply show up and join in.

  • Monday, April 22: BodyBalance by Nan 9:30 a.m. (note that we’re closing at 4:30 p.m. for Passover)
  • Tuesday, April 23: Closed for Passover
  • Wednesday, April 24: BodyPump by Jennifer 5:30 a.m., BodyPump by Robin 8:30 a.m., BodyBalance by Nan 9:30 a.m., Body Attack by Robin 9:30 a.m.
  • Thursday, April 25: Core by Jennifer 5:30 a.m., BodyStep by Robin 4:30 p.m., BodyBalance by Sara 4:30 p.m.
