If you have an opinion about what we’re doing well or where you might see room for improvement here at The J, please let us know. It will take only 10 minutes of your time, and your responses will remain confidential.
To sweeten the deal, you’ll have the opportunity to provide an email address to be entered in drawings for a VISA gift card and a one-hour massage here at The J. You won’t give up your confidentiality by entering the drawing, and we won’t use your email for any other purpose.
