Camp J: Find Your Fun

June 5-August 11

Camp J has always aimed to increase campers’ life awareness through fun learning and development. Camp J is a traditionally styled day camp that includes swimming, sports, games, arts, hiking, and STEM — but we are far from traditional.

We deliberately plan our curricula based on what our campers need and want, providing opportunities to challenge themselves through new activities while learning new skills. Campers come from different schools throughout the greater B’ham area, creating an environment for new friends and lifelong memories.

This year’s theme of “You’ve got a friend at camp” will capitalize on the Jewish value of hachnasat orchim, or radical welcoming.
