Youth Fitness is a critical element of your child’s life. The LJCC strives to offer fitness programming that your child will enjoy and that will provide a positive experience.
An important way to help your child with weight loss, maintaining a normal weight and develop healthy habits is to encourage him to participate in regular physical activity. This can include participating in a physical education class in school or extracurricular sports at school or in the community

All athletes will receive workouts based on their needs that continuously vary in order to maximize results. Each session is 1.0 hours long and consists of dynamic warm up, speed & agility work and strength training. The sessions are highly motivational, and create an environment of teamwork & camaraderie with lots of individual instruction.
Is your child expressing an interest in working out but is not quite old enough yet? If so, FitPass will enable him/her to workout in our fitness center as early as 10 years of age. Without FitPass, you can workout in our fitness center if you are 13 or older.
Under the guidance of a personal trainer, your child will earn the privilege of working out in our fitness facility whenever they choose. As a parent, you can now have a “work-out buddy.” Specific machines and exercise are taught in the sessions, thus enabling him/her to workout with machines and moves that are age appropriate and physically qualifying.
How much does it cost?

I learned to swim at a very early age at the old YMHA and spent much of my teens at the JCC – AZA, day camp counselor, Center Players, more. The Center has always been there and a part of my life.
