Classic Pilates

Pilates is a mind-body strength and flexibility workout method that requires core stability, strength, and flexibility while paying attention to muscle control, posture, and breathing. It trains several muscle groups at once in smooth continuous movements. By developing proper technique, you can actually re-train your body to move more safely and in more efficient patterns. Pilates is invaluable for injury recovery, sports performance, good posture, and optimal health.

J Sculpt

J Sculpt is a full-body exercise class that incorporates the flexibility and balance of yoga with the muscle strengthening and toning of Pilates. It helps with strength, flexibility, stability, posture, and body awareness. J-Sculpt classes also can include breath work, core stabilization, and bodyweight strengthening.


Pilates Reformer sessions

Experience the benefits of Pilates on the Reformer through personalized or partner-based
sessions designed for all fitness levels. In a one-on-one session you’ll receive individualized
instruction tailored to your goals, whether you want to improve posture, build strength, increase
flexibility, or enhance overall movement and balance.

Prefer to work out with a friend? Our Buddy Reformer Sessions allow two participants to train
together with one instructor, blending personal attention with the motivation and fun of shared
energy. Both options provide focused guidance, safe technique, and a welcoming environment
to help you move and feel your best.
