Food Box Distribution

The LJCC and the N.E. Miles Jewish Day School, in partnership with the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama, will provide free produce boxes to those in need on Tuesday, September 14 as part of the USDA Farmers to Families program.

If you or anyone you know is in need of fresh produce, please come to the LJCC parking lot between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM on Tuesday. Enter at the traffic light closest to the Day School and follow volunteer instruction for pick-up. Boxes will contain fresh fruits and vegetables. (We cannot guarantee specific contents.) Anyone in need is welcome.
