Enjoy an hour of tai chi every Wednesday at The J. Taught by Galina Waites, this complimentary program is sponsored by United Way of Central Alabama and is open to everyone (non-members included -- just bring your ID for entry, please).
Thursday Family Fun Nights (June and July): join us for food, drinks, and family fun at the Outdoor Pool. The two-hour parties will begin at 5:30 p.m. TFFNs are free for members.

In partnership with the University of Alabama at Birmingham's Office of Service Learning and Undergraduate Research, The J is excited to offer a helpful course to support members with using smartphones and other technology. Each class will include a short lesson on a specific topic followed by a question time. RSVP
