Join us for a fun-filled day dedicated to fitness, community, and wellness at our Senior Fit Day. Members and non-members (invite your friends!) are all welcome to come to The J and experience the activities we’ve lined up just for you.
Highlights
- Fitness classes geared for seniors
- Interactive booths showcasing our mahjong, knitting, and tai chi programs
- Information about Collat Jewish Family Services
- Complimentary lunch for all attendees
Schedule
- 8:30 a.m. Retro aerobics (group fitness class)
- 9:30 a.m. Chair yoga (group fitness class)
- 10 a.m. Aqua aerobics (group fitness class)
- 11 a.m.-1 p.m. informational stations with complimentary lunch
- 11:30 a.m. Creative movement (group fitness class)
This event is a wonderful opportunity to engage with your peers, try out new activities, and enjoy a meal on us — all in a welcoming, supportive environment.
