Over the past quarter century Robby Dellinger’s students have ranged from young swimmers just starting out to college teams to an Olympic gold medalist.

The LJCC is excited to announce that Robby Dellinger has signed on to coach the year-round swim team, registration for which is now open.

“This is great news for The J,” says Executive Director Aimee Johnson. “Aquatics is such an important part of The J, and Robby has a wide range of experience that will solidify our program.” For more good news, the year-round team will be able to take advantage of the newly refurbished and cleaned Indoor Pool, which will reopen soon.

Coach Robby already had a relationship with The J through his ECLC swim lesson program when he stepped in to help finish this year’s summer swim team season. He began his career in 1997, when he coached summer league in Huntsville. Over the past quarter century his students have ranged from young swimmers just starting out to college teams to an Olympic gold medalist. He currently owns Trident Aquatics.
