Les Mills BodyPump Heavy

A Les Mills group fitness class that evolves traditional BodyPump by using slower, tempo-based lifting with heavier weights to build lean muscle and strength — in contrast with the faster, endurance-focused reps of the original. BP Heavy combines classic weightlifting moves (squats, presses) with iconic music, ample recovery time for technique, and group energy to make serious strength training accessible and fun for all levels, from beginners to advanced lifters.
J Glute
Wednesdays @5:30PM
J Glute is a strength-focused class targeting the glutes and supporting lower body muscles through functional resistance-based training. Designed to build power, stability, and better movement, with options for all fitness levels.

Yoga Sculpt
Tuesdays @6AM
Yoga Sculpt gives you an early start to the day by combining traditional yoga postures with intentional movements using body weight or additional light weights to build strength along with flexibility. The practice uses breath to drive movement, fostering whole-body fitness and muscle awareness along with appreciation for the capabilities of our bodies in the day-to-day world.
Power Yoga
Tuesdays @6PM
Power Yoga is designed to combine the principles of traditional yoga with strength and power training to provide a fun yet accessible whole-body challenge. In this class we recruit the major muscle groups in dynamic movements that often require balance, control, awareness, and body-breath connection. Power yoga also works the nervous system, strengthening the connection between mind and body to enhance feelings of well-being and empowerment that you can take with you off the mat.
