Introducing the monthly fitness challenge

To participate in the fitness challenge, simply follow the instructions and time your own performance.

We invite all members to try out our new monthly fitness challenge that starts April 1. If you want to participate, simply follow the instructions and time your own performance. Add your name to the leaderboard if you make the top-five cut in your group. The competition categories are men ages 16-35, 36-55, and 56+, and women 16-35, 36-55, and 56+.

The workout must be completed on the fitness floor any time during April.

Prizes!

The overall winner in each category will each receive a $35 gift card courtesy of Clean Juice in Lane Parke.

April 2023 J Fitness Challenge

  1. 50 air squats
  2. 40 sit ups
  3. 20 pushups 
  4. 10 burpees
  • This can be broken up however you’d like, but the movement has to be done in the specified order. For example, you can do 25 air squats, 15 push ups, 10 sit ups, and 5 burpees for your first set.
  • The timer will start as soon as you take your first squat and stop as soon as you finish your last burpee.
  • Take whatever movement modifications you need — just know that your time is your time.
  • You may retake the challenge up to three times to try and get your best time and win your age category.
