This Sunday, January 22, will see the launch of three new Les Mills fitness classes:
- Body Pump with Robyn and April at 9:30 a.m.
- RPM with Hollie and Sara at 2:30 p.m.
- Body Flow with Nan, Hollie, and Sara at 3:30 p.m.
“Les Mills programs and classes are science-based fitness that focuses on creating what can be a life-changing experience for its participants,” says Kaelyn Wolfe Owens, group exercise coordinator at The J. “The program offers a fun, innovative, and what’s proven to be an effective approach to fitness and wellness in a variety of dynamic formats.”
The classes, which are available at no extra charge to members, add to The J’s Les Mills offerings (see details and schedules). And, as for all Group Fitness classes at The J, there’s no need to register ahead of time — simply show up and join in.
