We’re offering two fun and effective ways to kick-start your fitness journey this summer: “The goal of both programs is to create an environment where people can push themselves, have fun, and see real results,” says Fitness Director Camari Princewill. “Boxing-style conditioning is one of the most effective ways to improve overall fitness because it challenges the entire body while providing a healthy outlet for stress.
“We want participants to finish this program feeling stronger, more confident, and energized.”
Knock yourself out
Our new J Knockout Conditioning Program will combine boxing-inspired workouts, accountability, and recovery support into a four-week experience designed to help participants build endurance, burn calories, and relieve stress.
Ideal for beginner to intermediate fitness enthusiasts, J Knockout uses coach-led boxing-style conditioning sessions (no previous boxing experience necessary) to deliver a challenging full-body workout. Participants receive four 45-minute training sessions focused on improving cardiovascular fitness, increasing stamina, and supporting fat-loss goals.
The program also includes an InBody body composition scan to help track measurable progress and a 60-minute stretch therapy session to aid recovery, improve flexibility, and keep participants moving their best throughout the program.
