Fitball will focus on no impact training. This class is great for balance and core stability. Fitball classes use a Fitball (Large stability ball) and weights to work your cardio, core strength, and muscle tone. Because of Fitball’s focus on core stability, it is excellent for improving your balance and posture. Suggested Equipment: one large stability ball or Swiss ball and light to medium hand weights.
