It takes some 200 volunteers to pull off our annual Food Fest. Positions range from preparing and serving food to selling tickets and otherwise assisting 2,000 guests.
The J will host a lifeguarding class taught by Aquatics Director Billy Greene starting March 22.
“In becoming a member at The J,” says Kristina O’Quinn, “my energy level is higher, I’ve lost a few pounds, and I feel an increasing mental clarity.”
“The LJCC is in the best position it’s seen in many years, and I’m honored to be serving this organization that has given me so much during my lifetime,” Isa says of her new role.
